Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of our products we will only accept returns if there is a fault with the product. Any fault must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for collection of returns free of charge. Please retain items in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition that you received it. You can return a faulty order up to 2 working days from the date the goods are received. Due to the bespoke nature of our products we cannot accept returns on items that are not faulty Please contact us within the 2 working days and we will arrange for your order to be returned. Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will contact you to confirm replacement or refund as applicable.

If the product is faulty we will replace or refund in full. In all other circumstances for non-bespoke products, the customer will bear the cost of shipping. The final charge will be confirmed separately depending on order size and quantity. If monies are refunded, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment normally within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied, for it to post to your account.’
