Service Levels

Our delivery partners TNT and DPD are both major companies very experienced in delivering to households and businesses alike.

Through our partners we offer;

Next Day Standard, Next Day by 12 noon and Next Day by 10am levels of service to most parts of the UK, except offshore Islands, Highlands and Northern Island. 

Customers requiring International, UK Offshore Islands, Highlands and Northern Island please contact our client services team at John Jones on 020 561 8164 or email  onlinesales@johnjones.co.uk who will be happy to arrange and quote for deliveries to these areas.

Orders received by 12 noon will be despatched for next day delivery, after 12 they will be despatched the next working day.

Saturday and Sunday are not normal working or delivery days.  Faulty returns can be returned free of charge but non Faulty Returns will be charged at the cost of carriage.

These are exclusive to website orders only - does NOT apply to orders placed over the telephone or by email.  

Our delivery charge for Mainland UK is £9.99 for orders up to £99.  For orders  £100 and over we offer free of charge carriage.
