Our team produce unique fine art lightboxes to bespoke requirements. The John Jones Glowbox design is a custom-made light frame, produced with a guaranteed lifetime of approximately 40,000 hours of constant use.

A traditional art lightbox radiates a large amount of heat which many artists have found to eventually lead to the deterioration of the artwork image being lit. The power requirement for our artwork lighting system is similar to a laptop computer and is situated outside of the frame. This minimises the amount of heat radiating onto the image. The light produced by the LED light source in our frames is dispersed through a sheet of Perspex, emitting an even distribution of light illuminating the printed artwork image and radiating the colours that it contains.

Our Glowbox offers a safer alternative to traditional art lightboxes, working to conserve the artwork and minimise risk and damage. It is constructed using welded aluminium and can be made in a range of sizes up to 280cm x 120cm. This LED picture frame is one of the slimmest on the market with a depth of just under 60mm and can be finished to any colour.
