You'll learn all about the different aspects of running the space, including artist liaison, programming, PR, marketing and private views. Public consultation on the draft Finsbury Park Development SPD at the John Jones Arts Building

The Finsbury Park Town Centre is an area of enormous untapped regeneration potential. Islington Council would like to hear your views on their draft Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) for the Finsbury Park Development Framework. A public consultation will take place between Monday 17 November 2014 and Monday 15 December 2014 and will provide an opportunity for you to comment on the draft document and proposed regeneration. Ludovica Gioscia: Neurotic Seduction Astral Production opens in John Jones Project Space

Last night the John Jones Project Space launched a new installation, Neurotic Seduction Astral Production, by Italian born artist and self-confessed hoarder, Ludovica Gioscia. Thank you to all who attended the busy preview on 20th November. The exhibition is set to run for one month, so make sure you come along to see it before 20th December. All Project Space exhibitions are free and open to the public between Tue-Fri 11am-6pm, Sat 10am-3pm. Read more

The Place Downstairs celebrates the success of Jungle Snow, a near sell out exhibition of new paintings and monotypes by Tamsin Relly, with a closing reception on 30th October 2014 6.30 - 8.30pm. Relly has recently returned from an expeditionary art residency onboard ship in the Svalbard Region of the Arctic Circle and will be present at the reception with tales of her adventure to share. John Jones Open House tours, 20th September - available to book now

John Jones is delighted to be taking part in this year’s Open House. We are partnering with our neighbours the Park Theatre in Finsbury Park, to deliver timed tours at 10:15, 11:30, 12:45, 1:30, 2:15, and 3:00 on Saturday 20th of September which are bookable via Eventbrite. Each tour will last approximately 45 minutes with a maximum of 20 people on each. Guided tours are timed to compliment tours of the Park Theatre. The John Jones Arts Building will also be open for general public viewing until 4:00. Read more
