The Atoms for Peace Drawing Room

Visual artist and writer Stanley Donwood is famed for his long-time relationship with Radiohead, producing the band’s album art for many years. After meeting as art students at the University of Exeter, Stanley and Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke have maintained a close friendship for many years and continue to collaborate on new projects. Most recently, Stanley has created a pop-up experience titled ‘The Atoms For Peace Drawing Room’ in the much-loved Camden pub The Enterprise. Described as a ‘themed visual wonderland’, the gallery / shop / hang-out will display hand-made and exclusive vinyls, posters and curiosities for sale 24th – 27th July to coincide with the band’s three day residency at the Roundhouse. These limited edition items will be of great interest to collectors of music memorabilia, and many of the items will be printed live on site using a specially installed silk screen printing press.

John Jones is delighted to have a strong working relationship with XL Recordings and has produced bespoke frame designs to present key prints on display in this exhibition. All of our frames are hand-made by skilled craftspeople to a museum quality and are ideal for the preservation of valuable memorabilia.
