For the fourth year in London, Pinta will be showcasing the best in Modern and Contemporary art from Latin America, Spain and Portugal. Held between 4 – 7th June at the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, a series of talks and exhibitions will be staged, providing a platform for Latin American artists to be exhibited in Europe.
Curators, collectors, galleries and museum directors are invited to purchase the featured pieces with a Pinta grant, as well as attend further exhibitions and two days of informative talks including a ‘Focus on Latin America’, with representative speakers from the Tate, Barbican, Hayward, Serpentine and Whitechapel Galleries.
Working closely with patrons of institutions, this year including Centre Georges Pompidou, Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art (MIMA), Tate Modern, and the Essex Collection of Art from Latin America, Pinta has organised a series of bespoke tours of the show, expanding visitor knowledge of art produced in the region.
This show is the only event in the world dedicated to Latin art.
