John Jones Arts Development in Finsbury Park

Working in partnership with specialist developer Spiritbond and architects David Gallagher Associates, the new mixed use development encompasses a state of the art building for John Jones, a 450 bedroom student accommodation courtyard scheme, affordable housing and commercial units. After over 20 years in the area we’re delighted to be kick-starting the regeneration and development of Finsbury Park. Building work will commence in the next few months with an estimated completion date for the John Jones premises of autumn 2012. Construction will be phased so there will be no disruption to John Jones whilst our new premises are built – we will continue to operate from our current site. More detailed plans will be announced on our website soon!
