Homes & Gardens Magazine

John Jones worked in collaboration with interior designer Katrin Cargill and artist Clare Ormerod to produce a feature for the June 2010 edition of Homes and Gardens. We became involved when Katrin was reminded of a frame we made for Elle Decoration and felt this concept would work well for Clare’s pieces. Clare’s six unique works were presented in tulip wood frames, finished with cream coloured gesso sides and a burnished and warm, gold leaf face. The frames were shot on a dark aqua blue wall and hung over an Ostrich leather console table created by Edelman Leather, both of which were then featured in a bespoke installation at John Jones.
