Current Opportunities
Logistics Administrator
We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to provide efficient and professional administration support for installation, delivery and collection services for the John Jones client base. The successful candidate will ensure the safety of artwork at all times and record accurate data using appropriate designated systems.
Video Producer
We are looking for an engaged and enthusiastic video producer to capture some of the exciting activity that goes on at John Jones. From interviews with artists and staff members, to practical ‘how-to’ guides and documentation of our new arts building, you will record and edit footage into concise, informative short films which are engaging and on brand.
Wood Processing Technician
We are looking for a skilled Wood Processing Technician to be responsible for the preparation and assembly of diverse wooden frame designs and artwork plinths. If you are passionate about craft and working with raw timber this could be the ideal position for you.
Product Engineer
Working alongside the Managing Director and Creative Director, the Production Engineer will play a pivotal role in translating initial bespoke design concepts into saleable products. We are looking for an innovative individual to inspire and motivate others whilst driving growth and ensuring high attention to detail.
Design Consultant
This is a fantastic opportunity to be able to learn and develop your skills in a design and consultation environment. It will be your creative input and order processing skills that ensure clients receive a stunning work delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.
Fine Art Mover - Freelance
We are looking for a skilled Fine Art Mover to provide an efficient and professional delivery and collection service for diverse John Jones clients including practising artists, galleries, designers and fine art collectors! The successful candidate will ensure the safety of artwork during transportation and will carry out efficient and accurate recording both into and out of company premises. This freelance role is based at our Finsbury Park premises.
Gilding Technician
The John Jones team consists of skilled artisans and craftspeople who take pride in their work. Our gilding team use a combination of ancient techniques and modern equipment to create beautiful gold leaf frames in a variety of finishes, from contemporary through to antique. If you are interested in using your creative skills on museum quality projects, please get in touch!

Training
Our highly skilled team of craftspeople undergo in-house training to master the skills and acquire the technical knowledge necessary to make our frames. We have over fifty specialists, including designers, conservators, colourists, gilders, metalworkers, drymounters and fine-art presentation handlers. Every one of them is dedicated to the combination of centuries-old traditions and cutting-edge technology that allows us to produce frames to the very highest standards.
