Precision frame welding of aluminium and brass frames is yet another unique skill at John Jones. Welded metallic frames have a striking wow factor and are extremely strong as the welded corners won’t crack or break if knocked or dropped. At our London fine art framing studio, we can also produce brass and aluminium framing with hidden screws, creating a smooth, minimal finish.
Once made, we can either apply a special patinating formula to achieve silky dark finishes and tones, polish the hand-made bespoke frame designs to give a bright finish, or spray them in any colour. Again, infinite options…
