Dry Mounting
Dry mounting pictures and photographs is an extremely precise process requiring many years experience, and is particularly popular with professional photographers.
Dry mounting photographic prints permanently seals the work to an aluminium or paper mount using a specialist tissue or film, depending on the type of image. Our dry mounting services are popular for aesthetic reasons; however we do not recommend it as an archival process. Our London dry mounting studio is equipped with a hot-bed press and a 5ft roller to carry out this procedure to the highest museum standards, ensuring the work is suitable for professional gallery and museum exhibitions.
